According
to the NOM, a distill that contains 51% of Agave Tequilana Weber blue variety,
cultivated and processed within the Denomination of Origin zone and the rest
49% of other sugars can be called TEQUILA but.
The Mixed Tequila (51/49) is highly bought by costumers.
Due to these facts the Mexican Tequila Academy has decided to evaluate the silver
and aged tequilas of this kind.
The following table shows the results of the taste of aged tequilas form the
3 chapters of the Mexican Tequila Academy.
